The OTMH Candlelight Ball attracts hundreds of community leaders in support of OTMH and all proceeds will be used to purchase vital medical equipment for the hospital, including its surgical department. OTMH has a busy surgical department in which more than 12,000 procedures, in a wide variety of specialities, are performed annually. High-tech equipment, scopes and monitors are not top of mind as patients are wheeled into surgery, but they enable surgeons to deliver the highest quality care during each procedure. The hospital aims to invest in innovative equipment to make operations more accurate, less invasive and less painful.
