20 - The Oakville Beaver, Wednesday July 23, 2008 www.oakvillebeaver.com HOLE #7 YARDAGE: 197 PAR: 3 The wind must be checked carefully on this deceptive par-3 as it often goes undetected due to the high, tree-lined mounds at the back and left. HOLE #10 YARDAGE: 443 PAR: 4 Thanks to the narrow fairway, the solitary bunker on the right side is in play. A high, soft approach shot will be required to the very shallow green. HOLE #8 YARDAGE:433 PAR: 4 The narrow fairway beyond the right side bunkers force players to keep their tee shots left. Too far left, however, and thick spruce trees will block approach shots. HOLE #11 YARDAGE: 452 PAR: 4 With its 100-foot drop from tee to green, this stunning hole leads players into Glen Abbey's notorious valley. HOLE #9 YARDAGE: 458 PAR: 4 Traditionally one of the toughest holes on tour. Players must aim for the left edge of the fairway to approach the large green over water. HOLE #12 YARDAGE: 202 PAR: 3 This par-3 requires a high approach shot over 16 Mile Creek to hold the green, which is protected by bunkers on three sides. ole-in-one Special AH 20% off all "in-shop" window repairs.
