Oakville's Owen Vickers ,6, has no trouble carrying pails using a wooden yoke, but Ontario Natural Resources Minister Donna Cansfield needs some help from historical interpreter Andrew Cirtwill. Meanwhile, at bottom, Tessa Van Gageldonk , 4 , looks for signs of sap in one of the collection pails and Burlington's R.J. Cardinali , 3, enjoys a stick of sweet maple taffy. The festival runs every weekend throughout March at the park, as well as daily during March break.
