The new by-laws take effect August 31, 2009. And take notice that any person or organization may appeal both or either of these by-laws to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act by filing a notice of appeal with the Town Clerk on or before September 21, 2009. Such notice of appeal shall set out the objection to the by-law and the reasons supporting the objection. The town-wide development charges rate is imposed on all lands within the Town of Oakville subject to the provisions of the by-laws therefore no key map is provided. The storm water management charge applies only to lands south of Dundas Street as shown on the map to the right.
