Running Company presents WoW The Running company presents WoW Power Walking Clinics. Oakville's popular Running Company will offer Power Walk workshops for both runners and walkers on Sat., Sept 26, 9:30 a.m. Walk Your Butt Off High Performance Level I, 8 week course begins at 9:30 a.m., followed with a second session beginning Mon., Sept 28 at 7 p.m. There will be an information night Wed., Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. at the Running Company.
