Sheridan finds new president in Manitoba The Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning has found its new president and CEO in Manitoba. Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, an educator and college executive, has been selected by the board of governors of Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning to replace Dr. Robert Turner on Feb. 1, 2010. Zabudsky comes to Sheridan having served as president and CEO of Manitoba's Red River College since 2004. Zabudsky brings almost 25 years experience in postsecondary education administration and in education broadcasting. Red River College is Manitoba's largest institute of applied learning with more than 32,000 students responsibility of shaping Sheridan's future at this important time," said Michael Cloutier, chair of Sheridan's board of governors. During his term at Red River College, Zabudsky served as chair of the 2009 United Way of Winnipeg campaign, vice-president of the board of Winnipeg Harvest, and as a member of the Manitoba Premier's Economic Advisory Council, the Manitoba Immigration Council, the Manitoba Innovation Council, the Manitoba Poverty Reduction Council and the Board of Directors of Destination Winnipeg Inc.
