The purpose of this application is to allow for a stacked townhouse built form whereas the current site specific zoning regulations only permit apartment buildings. Site specific regulations are proposed for the development. The applicant has also submitted a draft plan of condominium. If approved, the development will consist of a 152-unit townhouse development with underground parking. The subject land is located on the east side of Bronte Road South of Pine Glen Road. At this time there are no other applications, under the Act, pertaining to the subject lands.
