M for Men has had another successful toy drive for the ninth year in a row, thanks to the kindness of the store's generous clients. "Over the last nine years during the holiday season, we have collected thousands of toys for children in Oakville, but we could not have done it without our wonderful clients and their generosi- ty," said M For Men's owner Patrizio DelBianco. The annual toy drive began when DelBianco brought his business to downtown Oakville. Wanting to fill a need he saw in the community, DelBianco organized the first of what would be many toy drives to benefit children at Christmas. "We'd love to be able to collect millions of toys but the main goal is just to make sure that every child has a present under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning," said DelBianco. DelBianco works closely with the Oakville firefighters at this time of year, as they are the reason he is able to get the toys out to the com- munity and various shelters. M For Men is also helping to raise funds for The Scott Mission, a faith-based street mission that helps feed the less fortunate on holidays throughout the year. Clients can make a donation of just over three dollars, which is enough to buy one Christmas or New Year's dinner. "Thank you Oakville for being part of our give a gift, get a gift event," says DelBianco.
