The H holding provision was placed on these lands to ensure that adequate municipal water and wastewater capacity was available to accommodate the development, to ensure that a subdivision agreement was in place and that conveyance of the 14 Mile Creek Valley and associated setback will take place. The removal of the H holding provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above conditions are fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such there is no third party right of appeal on a removal of a holding provision. The subject lands are located on the south-east corner of Colonel William Parkway and Dundas Street West. A key map is attached to this notice for your ease of reference. These lands are also subject to a site plan application with file # S.P. 1432.003/01.
