To accommodate this work, Kerr Street will be closed on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 6 a.m. and will remain closed until Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 5 a.m. All affected services and emergency services will be notified of the proposed closure. The founder of Cora will be in Oakville speaking to members of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and their guests at the breakfast launch for Small Business Week 2011. She will be sharing her entrepreneurial suc- cess, including lessons learned and achieving quality customer service and peak performance. This is the 20th year the Oakville chamber has partnered with the Business Development Bank of Canada to present Small Business Week, which runs until Oct. 20. Cora is a Canadian success story. We are delighted to have her come to speak to our members. Customer service and employee engagement are such critical elements of a successful business small or large.
