Trio charged after weekend shooting Three Oakville men are now facing charges after a Saturday night Speers Road home invasion sent one man to hospital with gunshot wounds. Halton Regional Police reported Monday that a third suspect was arrested in Hamilton. Luc Rosier, 23, of Oakville, was captured without incident just hours after Halton police issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of attempted murder and robbery. Two Oakville brothers also face robbery-related charges. Police reported gunfire broke out after two masked men entered an apartment building at 30 Speers Rd. near Kerr St. around 10:25 p.m. Saturday. One of three occupants of the apartment suffered gunshot wounds to his hand. The suspects fled in a waiting vehicle with stolen property, police allege. Two of four suspects were subsequently arrested and police began examining the vehicle involved. Dillon Hall-Worthington, 20, and Tyler Hall-Worthington, 18, both of Oakville, were taken into custody Sunday and face robbery-related charges in connection with the home invasion. Rosier was arrested Monday, but police have yet to recover the firearm, believed to be a sawed-off shotgun, that was used in this incident. Police are still attempting to identify a fourth suspect. He is described as black, in his mid-to-late 20s, approximately 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-11, with a slim build.
