Oakville's Chris Hibbert returned the opening kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown but the Longhorns were held off the scoreboard the rest of the way, finishing the contest with just 21 rushing yards, five first downs and 52 yards of net offence. The Oakville offence was also shut out the previous week, gaining just six first downs in a 49-0 loss in Sault Ste. Marie. Defensively, the Longhorns managed to limit Tri City to just 10 first downs. One of the Outlaws' five touchdowns came on a 67-yard pass play, and Tri City also capitalized on Oakville's six turnovers. Lindell Merraro (three catches for 29 yards), Eric Dowling (one catch for 23 yards) and Hibbert (two catches for 21 yards) were Oakville's top offensive contributors. Devento Kerr paced the defence with 4.5 tackles. Munn's took pennants in intermediate boys' and senior girls' team competition, with Heritage Glen's coming in the junior girls' division. Heritage Glen was also the runner-up in senior girls and junior boys. Samantha Hayes of Munn's won three events (the senior girls' 100-metre, 200m and triple jump), as did River Oaks' Katelyn Kingston (intermediate girls' 800m and triple jump, and open girls' 1,500m). Heritage Glen's Nick Hulbert earned two gold (senior boys' 100m and shot put) and a silver (200m). Other event winners included Heritage Glen's Ivy Gibson (junior girls' long jump and triple jump), Izzy Lynch (junior girls' 400m), Darion Beckford (junior boys' long jump), Ryan Stemle (junior boys' triple jump) and Brooke Jovanovich (senior girls' 800m); Munn's students Justin Min (intermediate boys' 800m and open boys' 1,500m), Elijah Tayi (intermediate boys' long jump), Stefan Momcilovic (intermediate boys' triple jump) and Alex Staszczyzyn (intermediate boys' shot put); Pilgrim Wood's Carmen Petersen (junior girls' shot put) and Erin Barth (senior girls' 400m); Brookdale's Marley Higgs (intermediate girls' long jump); and River Oaks' Brandon Egras (intermediate boys' 100m) and Sam Richardson (senior boys' triple jump).
