Reports are being prepared for consideration at that meeting and will be placed on the Town Website www.oakvllle.ca no later than February 3, 2004. Copies may also be obtained from the Clerk's office located in the Oakville Municipal Building, 1225 Trafalgar Road after February 3, 2004. Council has indicated that because of the extensive interest in this matter the meeting may continue over two nights. February 12, 2004 has also been tentatively scheduled for the continuation of this meeting, if required. A presentation will be made by staff at the beginning of the meeting after which members of the public will be invited to speak to the matter. In order to ensure that all members of the public who wish to speak have that opportunity. Council has directed that a maximum of 10 minutes be allocated to each speaker. Key Plan The Town of Oakville has initiated a Class Environmental Assessment to consider improvements to Fourth Line from Speers Road northerly to the North Service Road (see Key Plan). In order to best address deficiencies associated with this segment of Fourth Line, a wide range of improvement alternatives will be examined. The study has defined the corridor deficiencies and is considering, evaluating and detailing alternative solutions and design concepts. The study is being conducted in compliance with Schedule "C " of the Municipal Engineers Association " Municipal Class Environmental Assessm ent" , (June 2000). A Public Information Centre (PIC) is planned to provide further information to the public and interested stake holders and to receive input and feedback on the study to date.
