The organization will once again provide information, resources and practical strate gies and advice to address mental health and well-being. "Mental Health Week is a reminder to ev eryone to think about and maximize their mental health the same way they do their physical health," Radhika Subramanyan, CEO of the CMHA Halton Region Branch, said in a media release. "Pay attention to what's happening, make time to take care of yourself, and get help for a mental health and/or addiction concern when you need it." It features a presentation by Clint Malarchuk, former National Hockey League goalie, author, and mental health advocate.
