The 13-year-old St. John School stu dent went home with a range of prizes including a gift certificate, dictionary, trophy, certificate, Canadian Encyclopedia Year 2000 edition, a medallion and a painting entitled Kizza. For his part. Michael Cortese gar nered a third place spot in the Primary Category for those aged 6 and 7 years. The 7-year-old St. Bernadette School student picked up a host of prizes for his efforts including a dictio nary, a trophy, certificate, Canadian Encyclopedia Year 2000 edition, medallion and a painting entitled Pain, Power, Glory.
