On Nov. 17, at around 6:30 a.m., a female jogger running on Chartwell Road, near Ashdale Place, allegedly saw a man standing on a driveway masturbating as she passed by. Similar incidents were reported in the same general area at the same time of day on Nov. 25, Dec. 1 and Dec. 2. On Tuesday (Dec. 8) plain-clothed officers were patrolling the area in response to these incidents when they encountered and arrested a man. In addition to the four alleged incidents from the last two weeks, a man has also been charged in connection with three similar indecent acts, which allegedly took place in Oakville earlier in the year. One additional charge was laid in connection with an alleged incident from Tuesday morning in which no civilians were involved. Wojciech Tambor, 42, of Burlington faces eight counts of committing an indecent act. Tambor is being held in custody pending a bail hearing. l r. M ge aris a D'An hiv ani Sa gg ar o D r.
