Dress properly for the job . · Wear long pants (and protective chaps for chainsaw use), long-sleeved shirts, closed toe shoes or work boots, and ear and eye protection. Fill up your gas tank in an outside area. · Keep the gasoline in an .approved container and stored in a well-ventilated area. Safety should also be your fore most Consideration while you are operating your equipment. · Keep children and pets away from the work area. Turn off the engine before working on any moving compo nents.
