The coach credited the leadership of Mickey MacDonald, Kyle Badham and Mike Topic as a key to the turnaround, also citing the help of assistant coaches Mike Car and Mekashe Lai. MacDonald, Badham, Tyson Theaker, Brett Chandler and Joel Brooks are the main offensive cogs in the Rangers' well-balanced attack. Kris McCoubrey and Kyle Morrison have shared the goaltending load this season, but Brennan says McCoubrey will get the bulk of the work during the SCTAs. Oakville players are excited about the opportunity to play such an important tournam ent in their own town, "It's great for two reasons.
