Are you a senior looking for informa tion on recreation, home supports, and financial assistance or community health resources? The Halton Community Services Database and Information Oakville, a service provided by the Oakville Public Library, has launched a new Seniors' Services Directory that provides a com prehensive listing of community services and recreation information for seniors. The directory can be accessed at http://seniors.hipinfo.ca. The Seniors' Services Directory contains infor mation on everything from food banks, home health care and government benefit programs to local seniors' activity groups and drop-ins and neighbourhood churches and religious organi zations. Search it for free yourself or contact your local public library for help finding this information. We also have another great lineup of pro grams for seniors coming up in the spring and summer, including our bi-annual Seniors' Series, and a four-part series on Finance 101 for Seniors. Programs on everything from Social Media 101, an introduction to personal fitness apps and website design for beginners will be covered in our TechConnect Series.
