Spokesperson Janet D eline said the Min istry of Labour was notified of an incident involving a worker w ho was found inside a tanker truck of a company called ProKleen, operating as Quala Canada. D eline said a Ministry of Labour investiga tor has been assigned and they are waiting for the coroner' s report on what caused the m an' s death. Oakville Deputy Fire C hief George Birtig said they received a call at approximately 9:10 a.m. for an unconscious person at 2378 Royal Windsor Dr. On arrival, Oakville fire fighters found an unconscious male with no vital signs on top of a tank car. Oakville firefighters were told another em ployee pulled the person out of the tank car. Birtig said crews provided patient care until the arrival of EMS. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful.
