Bronte Creek Maple Syrup Festival runs from March 4 to 26, in Oakville. You can tour Maple Lane with 1890s cos tumed interpreters w ho bring the process of making maple syrup and taffy to life. There is maple syrup fare available for purchase. W hile you're at the park, visitors can tour Spruce Lane Farmhouse and the Maple Mu seum. Enjoy a wagon ride to the pancake house. The festival is open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. The cost is $17 per car and $62.50 per bus (any vehicle with 14 or more seats). Bronte Creek Provincial Park is located at 1219 Burloak Dr. (the Oakville/Burlington border). Its day use area is accessible from Burloak Dr. The festival is open each weekend throughout March and operates teh entire w eek of March Break, (March 12-18).
