Email it to ahlackhurn@oakvilleheaver. com , along with your nam e and a brief paragraph about why you w ant to share it with our readers. | submitted photos On Monday, March 6, a group of Grade 4 boys, aged 9 and 10, from Saint Pope John Paul Elementary School headed to Kerr Street Mission after school where they prepared and help serve a meal for the less fortunate.The chose an easy meal so the youths could fully participate in the preparation.The boys' parents all contributed to purchase the food and then helped the youths make the meal, say Grace, serve and clean up. Approximately 70 people use the meal program at KSM.Any funds left over from the meal will be used to buy canned food for donation to KSM'sfood bank.
