"There are no foregone conclusions avail able from this decision. It m eans w e are m ov ing forward to look at w h at w ould be the appropriate m easures to p rotect the cultural heritage landscape values w e've seen in these rep orts," he said. "This Council has been very good about being very dedicated to keeping an open m ind to the end, and open to and consider ing, all evidence brought before it." ClubLink filed a letter w ith the Town M on day to request additional tim e and further m eetings w ith ClubLink and ERA Architects. "As noted in our letter, Town staff has still n ot fully responded to inform ation requests that w ere m ade by ClubLink," Flow ers charged. After arguing back-and-forth with Flow ers for several m inutes, Burton invited ClubLink to "participate fully" in Phase 3. Council also gave the OK to address the re m aining m edium - (1 6 ) and low -priority (2 7 ) properties from Phase 1 in the annual Heri tage Planning W o rk Plan in 2 0 1 8 .
