STUDIO NONNA'S WINTER LINE UP~ M E D IT E R R A N E A NS E R IE S Studio Nonna's presents our favourite culinary centre -- The Mediterranean. We ml feature the colourful and savory foods of Italy, Greece, Spain and France. Individual classes: $75 per person. Series: $270 per person. Italy - W ednesday, January 12 Pasta Fagidi -- Every region in Italy has their own version of this soup. Bucatini A HMatricana -- Bucatini in a tomatoe sauce made with vine ripe tomatoes. Spaghetti Alla Carbonara-- Tra ditional with eggs and prosciutto. Mushroom Risotto -- Risotto with a variety of mushrooms. Brasriole -- Meat roulades, the sauce that results in the braising is superb over pasta. Torta di Mandorle -- End the meal with a sweet almond cake. Greece - W ednesday, January 19 Spiced Olives -- A simple and elegant appetizer. Sagandci -- Fried Cheese. This dish takes its name from the pan in which it's cooked. Psari Spetsiotika -- Impeccably fresh fish, vine ripened tomatoes and quality bread crumbs. Moussaka -- C lassic casserole. Boldova -- FSo pastry with nuts.
