Blakelock when it opened in 1957. He remained there until his retirement in 1982. He will be remembered for having a twinkle in his eye, a joke on his lips and his piano skills. Bill always loved playing weekly hockey games with his fellow teachers, a good game of bridge, and spending the summers at his beloved island on Lake Temagami. Patti was the beloved wife of Mark Foley (Oakville), and loving mother of Shannon Datars (Aaron Datars) of Exeter ON, Kaitlin (Joe Massey) of Hamilton, Ryan (Jane Eyles) of Oakville and Siobhan of Oakville. Adored Grandma of Hayden and Parker Datars and Mark Massey. Patti was born on August 10, 1960 in Windsor ON, the youngest child of Bernard and Olive Comiskey (both deceased). She was the sister of Lynn Matthews (Burlington), Cathy Crowe (Ottawa), and predeceased by her brother Kim (Burlington). Sister-in-law of Maureen Clark (Dick) of Ottawa, Peter Foley (Sandy) of Ottawa, Bill Foley of Toronto. She was predeceased by her father and mother-in-law, James and Elizabeth Foley of Ottawa and her brother-in-law, Michael of Ottawa. Adored Aunt to many nieces and nephews, who she never failed to entertain. Patti will always be remembered, admired and cherished for her consistently positive attitude, infectious sense of humour and strength. She faced her health challenges with determination, grace and fortitude. Her smile and laughter filled any room she was in and will never be forgotten. His career as a medical Idirector for the pharmaceutical industry surrounded his five years as a Member of Parliament for the country he loved so deeply.
