The twï¬ day conference will bring together '- 600 students and staff advisors~ from high schools all over Ontario, from Thunder Bay to Moosonee. Most high schools in Oakville and Burlington will be represented. That’s when Humansphere Inc. first took shape. It was a small consulting ï¬rm whose ï¬rst project was a training conference for high school student council leaders with their staff advisors, held jointly with Sheridan College. There were 230 registrants the first year, and the event was judged a success. Wilson has been pursuing hisâ€"v quest for “a pool of ethical leader- ship material†since 1980, when after taking a sabbatical to research the field of leadership development, he found Canada lagging behind - especially com- pared to our neighbors to the south.
