She felt there was a need for a private school format that offered current programs. “There is a high level of parental frustration,” said Sweet. “It’s becoming more apparent that pri- vate schools are a priority for par- ents looking for more challenge and a higher level of education.” “Our enrolment has remained stable over the recession years,” said Sweet. “What we lost we have i made up.” She adds admission enquiries have tripled during the last year. Today, 144 students attend the school in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8. the second floor of the addition will support “a potential new enrolment of 210 students” said Linda Sweet, director and owner of the school.
