A graduate of St. Ignatius of Loyola High School in Oakville, he will shortly be graduating from Sheridan College in Law Enforcement and intends to enter university this fall to study social work. In recognition of these achievements, Phillip was received a Clark Bursary Award at the Ontario Association of Children‘s Aid Societies 1994 Conference in Hamilton on May 10th.
