AIR CANADA AND CANADIAN AIRLINES HAVE SEAT SALES ON FOR YOU NOW with fares reduced up to 40 per cent! It only goes for a couple of weeks, and if you plan to take advantage of these opportunities - BOOK NOW - THERE WILL BE LIMITED SEATS AT THESE PRICES! The ticketing deadline for most destinations is ApriT 19, and there are limits to how far into the summer some of the fares apply - but still a good opportunity to travel at a reduced cost. Time to go visit the family - call or visit your favourite professional travel agent to get the best fare! THE AIRLINES ARE SO BUSY these days with their good volume of business - they are over 70% full on average, and with so many people carrying on luggage, they are not keeping up with cleaning their planes in some instances. There is limited time between when the flight arrives at a destination before it takes off on its next leg - and with so much time getting the number of people off the plane, along with their more than ample carry-on stuff, it only leaves a few minutes for the cleaners to whip through the plane. So next time you fly, you may be sitting in somebody else's mess! So complain! LONG-HAUL AIRLINE PASSENGERS GET CODDLING when they arrive in London's Heathrow Airport. BRITISH AIRWAYS is sprucing up its Arrivals Lounge in Terminal Four with the addition of a Travel Spa, where one can go and get a massage, have a workout, or perhaps have a beauty treatment, plus enjoy the relaxing specially scented aromas to help relax. Most travellers arriving on the overnight birds are right into their workday, and this will help them prepare and be at their best! Only for the First and Business Class passengers thus far. AN AIRLINE PASSENGER FAIRNESS ACT is being proposed into US legislation to protect travellers from being at the whim of the airlines, who have many penalties for violation of their standards by the traveller, but the carriers have none! Change of schedule, cancelling of flights, endless delays, people stranded, changed aircraft, and not refunding monies for weeks are just some of the areas of concern. Should be interesting! 74e Khuf 7* y y Travel & tofd44co«eii "licu cet & G fficieU d 8 2 5 -5 5 5 5 2359 Lakeshore Rd. W. 2 5 7 -8 7 4 7 2 3 8 7 Trafalgar Rd.
