Organization secret to raising four babies (Continued from page 4) for good at around 6:30 p.m. '1 can't wait to see diem in the morning and I can't wait till they go to bed," smiles Zigrossi, who sought advice from the Parents of Multiple Births Association. That's where the idea for the nursery in the diningroom originated. Her days are hectic, and Zigrossi, used to spending long hours in her gallery, spends most of her time now with the children, occasionally bringing one into the gallery on Tuesdays. "Tlie gallery is a really nice release, but I try not to leave Kimberely alone with the four of them." R o o d alert The Halton R e g i o n C o n s e r v a t i o n Authority has issued a flood alert for this Weekend. Parents are warned to keep chil dren away from creeks and streams. A month ago, Kimberely entered the Zigrossis life. "I love babies," says Ruller. '1 found her (Ineke) through the triplets, quadruplets, quints net work. Every summer since I was 16 I have worked as a nanny for multi ples." Ruller, who had several nannies as a child, had "an empathy" for nannies, and she says the secret to being a successful one, especially one who is in charge of four babies of the same age, is organization and calmness. "You just go from minute to minute," says Kimberley. "You have to anticipate their needs. They have the same spectrum of fears and needs so its a proactive approach." Needless to say, there are the comments from the curious when the quadruplets are out in public. "Kids especially come up to us..they're just fascinated," says Kimberley. Zigrossi also spends a good deal of time phoning and writing letters seeking donations to ease the finan cial drain. She has received cases of formula and the family has yet to purchase any clothes. They could use more volunteers and would love to hook up with a pablum supplier.
