Almond Flax Bites Ingredients: 2 tablespoons (30 mL) ground flax seed 2 teaspoons (30 mL) slivered almonds 2 teaspoons (30 mL) dried blueberries 1 tablespoon (15 mL) unsalted and un- sweetened creamy almond butter 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) honey Preparation: In a small bowl, combine all of the ingre- dients.
