Toronto-based Blitz Facial Bar is open at 125 Lakeshore Rd. E. until Feb. 28, "to test the loca- tion and the market," said publicist Priscilla McIn- tosh Quesnel. "Our intention is to find a permanent locationfind a permanent locationf in Oakville, once we de- termine the perfect loca- tion." The location comes on the heels of four others in Toronto and one in Brook- lyn, N.Y. The facial bars are run by the same company that operates Toronto's luxu- rious Body Blitz Spa. While Oakville may ap- pear like a different mar- ket than the others, McIn- tosh Quesnel says the business' majority owner Laura Polley grew up in the area and believes it's a good fit for the brand.
