On Feb. 17 at 8:48 p.m., a woman entered the Shop- pers Drug Mart at 2501 Third Line and attended the personal hygiene sec- tion. While there, police al- lege she stole 28 packages of razor blades and 14 elec- tric toothbrush replace- ment heads, concealing the items in a shoulder bag she was carrying. The woman set off the store's alarm as she left, however, staff were un- able to catch up with her. The stolen property is valued at $1,167. Police allege the same woman is responsible for two thefts at Shoppers Drug Marts in St. Catha- rines, Ont. On Jan. 11 a woman fit- ting her description made off with 44 packages of Gil- lette Fusion Razor Blades valued at $2,032. On Feb. 26 a woman al- leged to be the same indi- vidual stole two perfume sets valued at nearly $200. The suspect is de- scribed as white, in her late 30s, five-foot-six, more than 200 pounds with brown hair tied in a bun. During the Oakville in- cident she wore a yellow jacket, a dark blue "CAT" T-shirt, boots with fuzzy cuffs and black spandex pants. She carried a shoulder bag.
