The latest location, which opened in early April next to the Farm Boy market on Ironoak Way, in the area of Ford Drive and Upper Middle Road, is spa- cious and offers the coffee chain's nitrogen-infused cold brew, which it says creates "a naturally sweet flavour and cascading, vel- vety crema" texture. "It's definitely a differ- ent look," Stacey Varga said after popping in for the first time. "Lots of space, very airy and woody." The store also uses the Clover brewing system, which is not available at all Starbucks. This system us- es vacuum-press technolo- gy and controls brew time and temperature digitally.
