The virtual Lace Up for Love takes place over the Thanksgiving week- end, Oct. 9 to 11, to raise funds for supportive care programming. 2.) Registrations are open for individuals or bubble teams to walk, cy- cle, run, skateboard or do an activity of your choice. 3.) Wellspring is Cana- da's leading provider of supportive care program- ming to help individuals with cancer, their care- givers and their loved ones overcome the many emo- tional, social, physical, functional and informa- tional challenges that of- ten follow a diagnosis and treatment. 4.) Wellspring programs are offered at no charge through the generosity of funds raised through pri- vate donations and Lace Up for Love events. 5.) During the past year, more than 6,000 people with cancer, their care- givers and family mem- bers from all provinces and territories have con- tinued to receive Well- spring's help. 6.) Since Lace Up for Love was launched in 2010, $563,000 has been raised in support of Wellspring's Cancer Exercise program. This year's goal is $75,000. 7.)
