Look out for local events and attractions where you can be rewarded for your support! A local club is making it a little easier for a number of young people to continue their educational journeys. The Oakville chapter of the Canadian Federation for University Women (CFUW) announced its scholarship recipients for 2021. Through donations and fundraising, $26,000 was raised to help local stu- dents. The young women were selected from the city's publicly funded high schools, based on high aca- demic achievement, out- standing community ser- vice, and demonstrated leadership.
