- This color photo shows the Baxter home while the addition is being added on with tar paper still visible on the side of the home. An unidentified man can be seen pictured next to the brick portion of the home.

- In 1960, a 14 x 18 foot addition was added to the south side of the house, being a kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
