The photo taken in summer shows the front of the building that was opened in May, 1977.

- The building is located on Riverview Drive and has 10 units complete with livingroom, dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, four piece bath, and storage space.
There is also a common room and laundry facility open to everyone.
