The house in the background was Dale and Sandra Wedgwood's. It was completely surrounded by water. The water created so much pressure that the rear basement wall collapsed and basement was flooded. The house had to be evacuated until the flood ended. Mr. Cummings house is in the foreground. It is surrounded by the river.
