- This is a black and white photo of the single story home of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Gardiner of Iron Bridge.
The house has brick on the lower half of the building with a light coloured upper half. A short flight of stairs rise up to the front door located in the middle of the front façade.

- The Home of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Gardner was built in 1963 on North part of Lot 3 Con.1 Village of Iron Bridge. It was purchased from Alf Martin in September 1963.
