- The front of the certificate reads: Dominion of Canada. Number I 154 Series 1. The Naturalization Act, certificate of retention of British Nationality under the provisions of Section 13, subsection 4, of the Naturalization Act, granted to a married woman. I, the undersigned, Secretary of State of Canada, do certify and declare that Juliet Chisholm Turney whose particulars are endorsed hereon, has retained British nationality under the provisions of Section 13, subsection 4, of the said Act.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the Seal of the Department of the Secretary of State of Canada this Thirtieth day of April 1937.
This certificate shall be effective on and from the Thirtieth day of April 1937.
