- This colorful hand sewn quilt was a gift to Dr. Frank Hammil from the families of the Mississaugi First Nation who he treated and was well respected by. Each panel represents a particular family.

- The quilt making was initiated by May Thompson and assembled in her home. A list of names of all the contributing families can be seen here.
