- This is a black and white portrait of Elsley Allen, Cyrus' Allen's youngest brother. Mr. Allen is dressed in a soldier's uniform.
His cap has a maple leaf on the front center. His dark jacket has small epaulets, and what appear to be brass buttons down the center and in the middle of both chest pockets.

- Notes indicate that Elsley served in World War I.
This photo can be found in the Gardiner/Allen Scrapbook 1700's- 1954.
