I believe this is the "Chatham Kiltie Band"
Hi Nathan, Thanks for commenting on the photograph. I followed up on the information you shared - the photo is identified as the "Kiltie Band" in our records by the photographer but I have added your information to the artifact file so future researchers will have more complete information. My grandfather, Peter Cecil Milne is in the first row at the far right. I also have a larger photo of the band if your interested in a digital copy. The one I have was taken in London in 1930 and has names on it.
