Thanks for visiting our online visual database! This is a great photo! It is the drill hall at Basic Training Camp #12 in Chatham on Tweedsmuir Avenue between Queen and Lacroix Streets and, you're right, the former Dill Hall was converted into Kinsmen Auditorium after the war. the Chatham This Week paper published articles by John Rhodes on Basic Training Camp #12 which can be found by searching for the camp on a search engine.
