South west corner at Sixth and King St., picture taken from in front of the Cigar Store at the W. Pitt hotel. WWI vintage soldier and boy scouts looking toward what is probably the relatively new Cenotaph - foul weather and abundance of kids would suggest Remembrance Day celebration. From their dress, circa: 1940s or 50s would be my guess
