A photo taken during the flood of 1937. The image gives a view of Queen Street looking West. The water has completely filled the street and has risen up to the level of several of the businesses downtown.
Notes
Condition: Fair - Fingerprint residue has altered the image on the right side of the photo. The image is moderately blurred.
