- Description
- This photo gives a view of Queen Street Looking east from the Victoria Bridge. The photo was taken in 1898 by local amateur photographer Milton Reesor. Many buildings in downtown St. Marys look similar today to how they appeared in this photo. Horse-drawn carriages and hitching posts sit along the sides of the street. The top of Town Hall is visible near the center of the photo, rising above the other buildings. Note that the water tower has not yet been built.
