- Description
- This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. Featured in this postcard is Westover Park around the early 20th century. The image has a number of trees in the background and part of the historic Westover house in the upper right corner of the photo.
A driveway is also visible in the foreground of the photo as well as another curved piece of driveway that dips down behind a slight hill to the left side of the image.
In 1867 Westover Park was built for William and Joseph Hutton - early settlers of St. Marys. - Notes
- Condition: Good condition- the image is clear. Postcard has a couple of creases along the upper right corner and some indentation marks (as though small objects have been pushed into the postcard) in different areas of the postcard.
