Description

This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. Pictured is a view of the North Ward across Trout Creek, with the Presbyterian Church on the left. On the right is the unfinished Holy Name of Mary Roman Catholic Church, which dates this photo between September 1892 and July 1893. The photo is surrounded by a gold border, two maple leaves, a beaver, the Union Jack on the right, and the British Red Ensign on the left.

This postcard is used and dated August 4, 1905.

Notes

Condition: Poor - Wear along edges, corners worn down, heavy discolouration in upper right corner, markings throughout.
